杭州湾融创水世界热烈欢迎您的到来！本乐园是充满欢乐、刺激、创新的水上乐园，我们致力于成为快乐和幸福的缔造者，尽力为您提供全新的游玩体验。为了让您和家人安全愉快的享受游玩的乐趣，本乐园特别提醒您注意以下事项：
Hangzhou Bay Sunac Water Park warmly welcomes you! The Water Park is full of joy, excitement and innovation. We are committed to bringing happiness to you, and we will try our best to provide you with a brand new play experience. In order to make you and your family enjoy the play safely and happily, the park specially reminds you to pay attention to the following:

1、园内为您提供信息咨询、母婴室、物品寄存、迷童看护、紧急救助、失物招领、充电宝租赁等服务并设有专用的吸烟区域。因非吸烟区域内吸烟导致的本园或第三方的人身、财产损害，由吸烟的游客承担赔偿责任；
1.The park provides you with services such as information consultation, baby care room, item storage, child care, emergency rescue, lost & found and power bank rental. There is also a specialized smoking area. Tourist who smokes shall be liable for compensation for personal and property damage of the park or a third party due to its smoking in non-smoking areas;

2、窗口售卖门票一经出售，概不退换，且仅限使用一次。本乐园有权拒绝游客使用丢失票、过期票进入园区，请于乐园正规售票处购买门票，切勿向兜售门票或未经本园授权人士购买门票。非法途径获取门票将不能作为进入乐园的凭证使用。
2.Tickets sold at the window are not refundable and can only be used once. The park reserves the right to deny visitors the right to enter the park with lost tickets and expired tickets. Please purchase tickets at the official ticket office of the park. Do not buy tickets from anyone who sells tickets or is not authorized by the park. Tickets obtained illegally will not be used as a voucher to enter the park.

3、本乐园将安全放在首位，园内部分游乐设施有身高、体重等游玩要求，不适合患有高血压、心脏病、颈（脊）椎、颈背部疾病、癫痫、哮喘病、骨折、关节脱臼、孕妇、肝炎、沙眼、急性结膜炎、中耳炎、饮酒者或者被医学上鉴定为不适宜参加激烈运动者以及不适宜参加本园运动的游客乘坐，请各位游客谨慎选择游玩项目，否则，由此所造成的人身、财产损失由该游客自行承担。
3.This park puts safety in the first place. 4、园内每项游乐设备均设有安全标识牌及游玩说明。请您在游玩前仔细阅读并遵守。在本园已明确、详细、充分就游玩的相关风险予以释明的情况下，因忽略相关告知而造成的人身、财产损失，须游客自行承担。
4.Each amusement equipment in the park is equipped with safety signs and play instructions. Please read carefully and observe before playing. If the park has clearly and fully explained the play risks, the personal and property losses caused by tourists' ignoring the relevant notifications shall be borne by the tourists.

5、根据国家安全法规及安全技术监督部门法令，若乐园内表演及设施设备在运行中出现任何异常和故障，必须停机检测，且检测时间可能无法及时确认和告知时，请游客朋友们配合并服从现场工作人员的引导，自觉遵守乐园秩序。请您注意浏览园区内关于设备开放时间公告。
5.According to national safety regulations and safety technical supervision department decree, in case of any abnormalities or failures during the performances and operation of facilities in the park, the facilities must be shut down for inspection, and the inspection time may not be confirmed and informed in time, please cooperate with on-site staff and obey the instructions of on-site staff and abide by the order of the park. 6、根据安全和技术监督部门的规定，在不能满足设备安全运行的恶劣天气（如雷电、暴雨、冰雹、大风等）及其他自然灾害等情况下，园方可能会无法预先通知，延迟、暂停开放园内游乐设施或取消园内表演活动，本园不会安排退款或改期。

7、为了避免错过精彩的演出，请您注意浏览园内关于演出安排时间的公告，如游乐项目等候游玩的游客较多，请您有序排队，相互尊重，耐心等待，并听从现场工作人员的指引，所有同行人员须一同排队。营业时间结束前将预先告知游乐设施停止运行时间，届时将不再接受排队。
7.In order to avoid missing the wonderful performances, please pay attention to the announcement on the schedule of performances of the park; if there are many tourists waiting for a certain amusement project, please line up in an orderly manner, wait patiently, and follow the on-site staff's instructions. Before the end of the business hours, the closing time of amusement facilities will be notified in advance, and the queue will no longer be accepted.

8、为了保持公共环境卫生，园内禁止随地吐痰、乱扔垃圾，请身着泳装、拖鞋进入园区游玩，禁止着户外鞋进入园内游乐区，请爱护园内设施和花草树木。

9、为营造安全、文明游玩环境，请自觉遵守现场工作人员指挥，切勿插队、站位、随意奔跑、追逐打闹、翻越围栏及绿化带、攀登、刻画、涂污或损坏服务设施；禁止燃放烟花爆竹、孔明灯、等不安全及其他妨碍他人等不文明行为；一经发现，本园有权予以警告和制止，如造成损失由当事人承担相应赔偿责任。
9. 10、未经许可，禁止任何单位或个人在园内进行集会、兜售物品、散发或张贴各种宣传品，以及从事各种经营性的拍摄活动；禁止进行非法经营、迷信活动、赌博、打架斗殴、寻衅滋事、偷窃等违法犯罪行为；如被发现，安保部门及工作人员有权现场制止，并协助公安部门依法处置。
10. Without permission, no unit or individual may assemble, sell goods, distribute or post various propaganda materials, and engage in various business shooting activities in the park; illegal operations, superstitious activities, gambling, fighting, provoking trouble, stealing and other illegal and criminal activities are prohibited; if found, the security department and staff have the right to stop it on the site, and assist the public security department to deal with it in accordance with the law.

11、请妥善保管好您随身的贵重物品，游乐设施设置的储物柜仅供临时物品存放，请将现金、手机等贵重物品交亲友保管以免丢失、损坏。并照顾好同行的老人、小孩、以免走失或发生意外；游园结束后，不要忘记取回您寄存的物品，并归还所租赁的物品。

13、为确保您的人身安全，当遇到雷雨闪电天气时，请立即离开水域及滑道操作平台，到就近建筑物内暂避。

14、为了您和家人的健康，水世界不提供毛巾、浴巾、拖鞋等直接皮肤接触用品，游客可自带或于园内商店购买。

15、游玩过程中请照顾好随行老人与小孩。为保证游客游玩安全，凡享受优惠票（身高为1.2m（含）-1.5m（不含）儿童）及免票（身高＜1.2m）游客、年龄＞60周岁老人必须穿着救生衣游玩，且须有一名购买全价票且具有安全监护能力的成人陪同入园。

Welcome to Hangzhou Bay Sunac Water Park, In order to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all of our guests, the park will conduct a security check at the entrance.

1、未经允许，不可携带以下物品进入园区：
1. Without permission, the following items are not allowed into the park:

(1)有色水饮，或超过750ml的瓶装无色纯净水；
(1)Colored water, or bottled colorless purified water more than 750ml;

(2)含酒精饮品及罐装或玻璃瓶装饮品（婴幼儿食品除外）；
(2)Alcoholic beverages and beverages in cans or glass containers (except infant food);

(3)散装食品（不含未拆封的预包装食品）；
(3)Bulk food (excluding unopened pre-packaged food);

(4)需加热、再加热、加工、冷藏或保温的食品（如：需要加热水食用的方便面及带有自热功能的食品等）；
(4)Foods that need to be heated, reheated, processed, refrigerated or kept warm (such as: instant noodles that need to be heated and foods with self-heating function, etc.);

(5)带有刺激性气味的食品（如：榴莲、臭豆腐等）；

以上规则以中文及英文编写，中英文本如有歧义或矛盾，概以中文本为准。
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the language versions of these rules, the Chinese version shall prevail.
